In the 60's there was an introduction of therapeutic recovery which was based around childhood "regression" and new upbringing. A Patient, under custody of Doctor, would take treatment by being a "baby" and the attendants would act as the new parents, giving love and care and affection where none was given the first time around. Much of primal scream therapy evolved from this sort of treatment. In this Scream opera, the San Francisco cult MountNB explores the realms of the scream, letting go all the pain and anger and healing each other as the process takes place.
